It's possible to subscribe to all topics in one go. Then you always get an email when a new post is online.
Do it like this:
Go to "Übersicht" (overview) and select a topic, for example Living on Light - English.
Go down to the end of topics and you find on the right "Dieses Forum abonniren" (subscribe to this forum). Click it - done!
